The killer abducts a child once again and buys her a balloon. He whistles everytime when he abducts a child and a blind seller hears that time and he doesn’t react to anything because he doesn’t know anything about the killer. He abducts the child and kills her too. This news spreads like a forest fire among the common people and everyone gets afraid and angry at the police department. The people slowly lose confidence and hope in the police department. Police department works night and day to find the killer but they fail to do so. A team of 6 members decides to find the killer themselves because they think that the police are incapable of doing it and they think that police won’t let them do their business until they find the killer. So they decide to find the killer by themselves. They plan to find the killer by placing beggars in every corner of their city and watch out for every kid, in that case the police and the killer won’t suspect anything. According to their plan they assemble all the beggars and place them in every corner. The killer plans to abduct a child. He takes a child and goes to the blind seller and buys a balloon and leaves from there. While leaving from there he whistles and goes. The beggar realizes that he has heard this whistle somewhere else and he recollects it. The beggar calls a guy and tells to follow the killer. The guy follows the killer. He takes a chalk and writes M in his hand and goes and dashes the murderer and traces that M on the coat of the murderer. He notifies the people that he has marker letter M on the coat of the murder. After sometime the child says there is something on the behind of the coat of the murderer. Murderer sees that people are following and gets allerted. He starts running from there and goes and hides in an office. These people plan to go inside the office and get the killer. They tie up the watchmen and enter the office and find the killer and abducts and take him to a place. One guy in the team gets stuck in the office while others run away from the police. The police come and arrest this man from the team. Police ask his confession on why they came inside the building. But he refuses to tell it. After sometime he tells the truth why they came inside the office and where they have taken the killer. The people take him to a place and start asking questions to the killer. After sometime the killer starts to confess on why he killed those innocent children. He says that a monster version of himself follows him daily and tells him to kill those children. He says that he didn’t kill those children wantedly. So the defence lawyer says that the killer has to be put in an asylum and no into a jail. People there get angry and come to kill the killer. Suddenly police enter the place and everyone just puts their hands up. So the killer is in the court and three women who lost their children are sitting on a bench and crying. They all know whatever happens to the killer will not help them. A women says finally “Everyone should keep an eye on their children.” This is a small synopsis of the film.
